Make blood donation appealing
The main goal was to develop an app that allows users to easily learn about blood donation and book an appointment from all the donation facilities.
User Research
From the interviews we have conducted with regular blood donors, they found the previous app rather crowded and the appointment flow to be quite confusing. Another statement was the lack of motivation and interaction. The frequency for donating blood was limited to random moments around the year and not on a regular basis.
